Update...

It has been almost 5 weeks and I have shed a little more than 10 pounds. I have walked EVERY day and have been careful what I eat. I have not had a mocha latte or ice cream since I started this the 10th of April! Which for anyone who really knows me...is huge!

I am looking better and feeling better already. Best of all I know that I am making positive changes that will improve my life.

When I'm out walking, I have some quiet "me" time to think and reflect on things and have come across other areas of my life in need of repair and am going to work on making positive changes there as well.

I am so thankful for my "coach" who has so graciously agreed to take on the "Gabrielle Project" and is such a great source of encouragement and insight. And I mustn't forget my supportive husband and cheerleader daughter! You're all the best!!
